1. Scope of services
IQ Medya provides domains, hosting, server and email solutions, web design, software, SEO and other digital services. The scope, usage period and any technical limits are defined in the relevant quotation or order. We do not sell physical products.
2. Prices and foreign-currency services
Service charges, taxes and any additional fees requiring approval are clarified before payment. For foreign-currency services, the Turkish lira equivalent to be collected and the exchange rate used are shown on the payment screen. Additional fees not accepted by the customer are not charged automatically.
3. Payment methods
Depending on the order, payment may be made by bank transfer/EFT or by the credit card option available on the payment screen. Card payments are processed through PayTR using the options displayed. Do not share your card PIN or SMS verification code with IQ Medya staff.
4. Renewals and automatic processing
Monthly or annual service periods and expiry dates can be viewed in the customer portal. Once a renewal payment is verified, renewal is completed with administrator approval or automatically, depending on the system setting. Automatic renewal here means extending the service period after a verified payment; it does not mean unauthorised or automatic recurring charges to a stored card.
5. Order details and support
Accurate email, phone, billing and necessary technical details are important for tracking transactions. For transactions carried out with third parties, such as domain registration, the registrar's technical and administrative rules may also apply; this does not remove the consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
