1. Parties
Provider: IQ MEDYA YAYINCILIK İLETİŞİM VE İNTERNET HİZMETLERİ İTH. İHR. SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., whose company details are provided on this page.
Buyer: The individual or legal entity purchasing the digital service whose name or company name and contact details appear in the order or customer record. Consumer provisions apply to buyers acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.
2. Subject matter and order details
The agreement covers the provision of the digital service or renewal selected by the buyer at the price and on the terms agreed in the order. The service name, scope, period, order or renewal reference, total price and performance schedule are established by the relevant order, quotation and transaction records.
These general terms are read together with the buyer and service details specific to each order. Before payment, the buyer must receive information about the main characteristics of the service, the total price including taxes, any additional charges, delivery or performance terms and the right of withdrawal.
3. Price and payment
The buyer checks the total shown on the payment screen. For services priced in a foreign currency, the amount to be collected in Turkish lira and the exchange rate used are stated before payment. Any charge beyond the agreed basic price requires the buyer's express consent.
Credit card transactions are processed through PayTR. Payment results are verified through a server notification. Bank transfers and EFT payments are matched to the relevant request reference and checked. Please check the status in the customer portal to avoid paying for the same transaction twice.
4. Delivery and performance
The service is provided digitally using the method and schedule agreed in the order or quotation. There is no physical shipment or shipping charge. The buyer supplies accurate contact and technical information required to provide the service. The parties clarify how missing information affects the schedule.
Service renewals are completed through the administrator approval or automatic renewal process in the customer portal. The new expiry date is communicated once renewal is complete. If the provider cannot deliver the service, the buyer's rights to terminate, receive a refund and exercise other statutory remedies remain unaffected.
5. Right of withdrawal and exceptions
Unless a statutory exception applies, consumers may withdraw within fourteen days of entering into the service agreement without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Written notice may be sent to info@iqmedya.com.tr or to the postal address below.
Statutory exceptions may apply to services performed immediately electronically, intangible goods delivered immediately, and services begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends. A service being digital does not by itself remove all cancellation and refund rights. The requirements for an exception, pre-contractual information and any necessary consumer consent are assessed for the individual transaction.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, withdrawal and refund requests are handled under our Cancellation, withdrawal and refund terms . For service agreements, refunds are made no later than fourteen days after receipt of a valid withdrawal notice. Refunds are made using the appropriate payment method without charging the consumer. The bank may require additional time to credit the account.
7. Defective services and complaints
If a service does not meet the agreed specifications, the consumer's rights under Turkish Law No. 6502 remain unaffected. Requests may be sent through the company's contact channels. Disputes may be referred to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in accordance with the statutory jurisdiction rules; mandatory pre-litigation mediation provisions remain applicable where relevant.
8. Agreement and transaction records
Service, payment and renewal records for the relevant order are considered together with the information sent to the buyer. The buyer may request information and records relating to their transaction through the company's contact channels. These terms may not be interpreted to restrict rights granted by mandatory law.
