This tool checks the IP address visible on the internet. An IP location lookup cannot reveal the real IP address behind a VPN.

IP location indicates an approximate area, not the exact address of a person or device.
IP leak test (WebRTC)
Does your browser reveal a different public IP address while you use a VPN? Turn on your VPN and start the test to check your own connection. This test examines your current connection, not the address entered above.
The test only runs when you press the button. It connects to Google’s STUN server, which can see your connection’s IP address. Addresses found through WebRTC are compared in your browser and are not sent to IQ Medya’s server. No camera or microphone permission is requested.

Public IP addresses visible through WebRTC
This tool compares IP addresses visible through WebRTC; it does not test DNS leaks or every IPv6 connection path. A different IP may indicate a leak, but is not conclusive proof that your real IP has been revealed. Finding no different IP does not guarantee complete protection either.
How should I read the VPN / proxy result? Proxy, VPN and Tor are checked separately. Detection means service records associate the IP with that connection type; it is not definitive proof. “Not detected” does not guarantee that no proxy or VPN is in use. If the service is unavailable or the query quota is exhausted, “Could not check” is shown.
Why might the map show a different city? The location may belong to your provider’s exit point or a VPN server. Data can change over time.
